RETURN POLICY 

Terms and conditions for replacements/returns

If you wish to return products, they must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the identification tag along with all textile designer labels must be attached to the product, in their original state, together with all accompanying documents (e.g. Retail Sale Receipt - Invoice and Consignment note etc).

Customers are required to try the purchased products without removing the tag; otherwise, the product shall be deemed to not be in its original condition, as delivered, and shall not be accepted.

The packaging of the product (box and wrapping paper), as well as the accompanying accessories (shoe tree, bag), if provided, shall be included in their original condition.

If all the above conditions are met, Zita Group is obliged to replace the product with any other product selected by the customer. If the selected product is of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.

The shipping cost of returning a product shall be at the expense of the customer through a courier company of his choice, after notifying the company for the lading number of the shipping.

The cost of the new shipping is at the expense of the costumer.

 

 Defective products


Defective products are marked as damaged products upon receipt or those exhibiting a manufacturing error.

Products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.

The costumer, before returning the defective item, shall notify Zita Group by an email at eshop@zitagroup.gr, including a photograph of this product. All products with a clear manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, otherwise, the costumer can choose a different item within 7(seven) calendar days. However, Zita Group reserves the right, in the event of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for review, to determine whether the complaint is real. The costumer will be updated for the progress of their complaint. Wherever possible, Zita Group will repair the defective product.

The shipping cost of returning a defective product, since it is caused by a manufacturing error, is on the expense of the company, as long as the shipping is performed through ACS courier and the indication, RECIPIENT CHARGE. If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is charged to the customer. 

 

 Replacement of product


Customers that wish to replace any product, are entitled to do so within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the estimated delivery, after contacting Zita Group, either by calling at 210-9400036 or by an email at eshop@zitagroup.gr (the order code shall always be included).

The replacements are carried out with the amount of discount of the initial order.

The shipping cost of replacement due to the size of the product, is at the expense of the company, as long as the shipping is performed by ACS courier and with the indication RECIPIENT CHARGE.

*Ιn case the costumer wants to proceed to a second replacement of the same product, the shipping cost for the return and the shipping cost for the new delivery is at the expense of the customer.

 


Returning part or the entire order

 

For all returns, it is necessary to contact Zita Group, either by calling at 210-9400036 or by an email at eshop@zitagroup.gr.

 

  • If you wish to cancel part or the entire order after receiving the products, you can return them within 14(fourteen) calendar days, since the delivery date. After 14(fourteen) calendar days, product returns are not accepted. 

  • For returns that concern a refund, Zita Group will refund you in a bank account that you shall disclose to us within 10 (ten) calendar days or your money will be credited in any new order of your choice. The refund shall charge the costumer with the interbank shipping costs. All refund will be performed through Eurobank.

  • In case you wish to replace the initial order, the 14(fourteen) calendar days will be estimated from the day of the first order. 

  • The shipping cost of returning a product shall be at the expense of the customer through a courier company of their choice, after notifying the company for the lading number of the shipping.

If you choose ACS courier to return your products and the indication, RECIPIENT CHARGE, the amount of courier expenses will be deducted from the amount of the product return cost.

  • In case of a second return of the same order, the product return expenses and the new order delivery expenses shall be on the customer’s expense.
