a) Proper personal data registration

The personal data and contact details you provide on www.zitagroup.gr are extremely important for the performance of your online transaction with our company, since they are the only way to contact you, in order for the company to fulfill its obligations towards you and carry out your order request. For this reason, you need to be sure that the information you have provided us are valid and updated (in case of changes you are obliged to inform us).Our company tries in any way possible to receive your valid data and, therefore, at the end of the filling of your data, you are asked to recheck your data and then send them to us along with your express consent to use the data you have entered. Therefore, our company bears no responsibility if any of its contractual or legal obligations are not fulfilled properly and/or timely because of receiving false or invalid personal data. In particular, any notification shall be sent to the email address or/and to the mobile phone that you have given us (for example, the lack of available stock etc) should be considered as valid even if it is not delivered to you due to an error in the data that you entered and/or due to technical or other damage to your server, and/or to your phone and/or your telecommunications provider, and/or due to modification of your data (unless you don’t inform us promptly). The same applies to the contact address and shipping of products and as well as for files telephone lines. b) Registered users

In order to offer excellent services and facilitate your future purchases, you are kindly requested to register as users of www.zitagroup.gr (log in) during your first order request to our company. The data you have filled in the special form onwww.zitagroup.gr, remain in the system of our company. Therefore, when you send your first order request, you are asked to open an account and create a user profile (name, sex and date of birth), using your own unique security codes (username & password).In this way, you create your own unique page - registered user-page- which contains the record of your purchases. You can monitor in which stage is any new order request, in which stage is the delivery of the product you ordered etc. When you sign up as registered users, the company and you as registered users agree to install a session cookies system solely to identify you and your transactions for the creation of your record as a customer, that appears on your personal page and are visible only to you. The above session cookies are intended to serve the better management of your profile and your transactions, so that you do not have to register again you personal data each time you visit www.zitagroup.gr.These session cookies are deleted as soon you unsubscribe (log out) as a registered user.

c) Written consent

By completing and sending the relevant form (either on the registration form or the order form) with the data, you provide us at the same time your written consent for the use of your data contained therein, for the purposes described in these terms under the policy for personal data. The protection of your personal data is a very serious issue for our company that is treated as a high priority.

Your personal data do not disclosed to any third party and are managed exclusively by our company. The only exceptions are: i) the data relating to the execution and clearing of electronic payments through a credit card, are managed by our trusted partners - financial institutions that follow all appropriate security measures to secure your information and ii) the data are absolutely necessary for the execution of your order (transport, storage, etc.) from our partner companies. 12.SECURITY OF DATA AND TRANSACTION s

Our company considers the security of data and transactions as an important matter and therefore it take all necessary measures to safeguard them. The website protects its members from any interception of data through data encryption. We work with the company Comodo SSL, which encrypts any data entered by the user in the form 265bit to ensure security. The customers’ information is not disclosed to third parties when you browse the website and remain encrypted and therefore is not visible to unauthorized third parties. The encryption applies to all stages and all the procedures of the transaction and personal data transfer from and to www.zitagroup.gr, including, but not limited to the shopping cart, the wish list, your personal registered user page, the registered user account page(log in), the order form, when transferring data from and to the company, etc. Also, during the payment with credit card process, the credit card’s data are protected by the method of encryption 256bit.The data remain encrypted and are not disclosed to any third party.

The codes used to identify you are: a) the User ID (e-mail or username) and b) the Secret Personal Security Password (password), which each time they are entered, they provide access with maximum security to your personal information. You can modify the above passwords whenever and as often as you wish. Only you have access to your information, by using the above passwords and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and concealment from third parties. In case of loss or leakage of your passwords, you should immediately notify us, otherwise our company is not liable for the use of a secret password by unauthorized party. We recommend, for safety reasons, to change the above passwords periodically and avoid using the same and easily detectable passwords, using for th creation of your passwords not only letters and numbers but also symbols .

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
