The display, sale, transport-storage, delivery and return of products displayed in our page, as well as the protection of your personal data and the security of your transactions comply to these terms of use, that we advise you to read before browsing www.zitagroup.gr and continuing with your purchase. Browsing www.zitagroup.gr and making any type of transaction or communication with our company, means the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use. In case of any disagreement or reservation against a part or the entirety of the terms, please send a relevant e-mail to eshop@zitagroup.gr, before browsing or making any type of transaction, otherwise the acceptance of these rules is unconditional.

Our company retains the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any point of time and without any prior notice of the user/consumer/visitor/member ofwww.zitagroup.gr (in part or in total)

a) a part or the totality of the terms of use,

b) a part or the totality of the content of www.zitagroup.gr and

c) a part or the totality of the interface, configuration or technical specifications of www.zitagroup.gr

The company reserves the right, at anytime and without cause or prior notice to the user/customer/visitor/member of www.zitagroup.gr, to cancel, suspend or end the operation of www.zitagroup.gr.The user/customer/visitor of www.zitagroup.gr acknowledges and accepts unconditionally all the above, just by browsing and/or using the services of www.zitagroup.gr.

 

The e-shop www.zitagroup.gr displays, promotes and resells the products to the suppliers, that collaborate with the company. The company reserves the right to freely select the products that it displays on the www.zitagroup.gr and to amend, update and/or withdraw them at any time without prior notice. The same applies to the pricing policy, the offers and discounts, which it may chose and carry out freely or modify, update and/or withdraw without prior notice and/or within a certain deadline.

 

  1. PLACING AN ORDER & CHECKOUT

The e-shop www.zitagroup.gr cooperates with numerous suppliers, importers and manufacturers (foreign and domestic), in order to bring you a wide array of products, in the best possible prices. Therefore, although we take every possible measure for the availability of our products, as it appears onwww.zitagroup.gr, a displayed product onwww.zitagroup.gr, may not be available or not be available within the stated delivery time stated onwww.zitagroup.gr, for reasons beyond our control. For this reason and for your full information and higher protection from unforeseen incidents, your orders are completed as follows:

A) SENTING AN ORDER REQUEST- You can browse our e-store, freely select from www.zitagroup.gr the products of your choice and place them in your shopping cart. Then, following the ‘steps’ indicated each time, you will send your order request to our company. In order to offer excellent services and facilitate your future purchases during your first order, you are kindly requested to register as a user of www.zitagroup.gr, by filing out all the personal information requested in the corresponding registration form. Then, each time you complete your purchase, fill out all the details of you order request to order the displayed items on the order form. All data sent to our company, come under the strict personal data protection policy, applied by our company. The data are collected and processed safely and carefully and only after you express your consent provided by sending the above form. In any case, each time you send an order request to our company, you must have first accepted these terms of use, which govern fully the transactions between you and our company, according to the Article 1 above. Also, you are liable to the validity and legality of the above registered data that our Company only acknowledges upon your statement.

After sending the order request, an automated message is displayed, that includes the details of the order request as received by our company. You will receive a copy in the email address you have provided us. We receive all your requests, with the reservation of an availability check of the products included in your order request (the checking process starts after the processing of your request).During the stage of receiving your request and the automatic display of the content of your order request, the processing of your request has not yet started by our company.

B) ORDER REQUEST PROCESS - If your order request is sent from 9.00 to 13.30 on business days and hours (Monday-Friday), you will receive a message directly to the email address you have provided us, stating that your request is being processed by us. In a different case, you will receive this message during the next business day. While processing your request, the availability of all products contained in your order request is being checked.

i) If all the products included in your order request are available for delivery within the delivery time stated in our e-shop, then you will receive a message to the email address you have registered or/and to the mobile phone number that you have provided us, which will confirm your order and will include all the relevant information. The shipping of products shall be determined by the delivery schedule of our associate courier company.

ii) In case of unavailability of one or more of the items in your order and/or in case a product will be available after the time shown in our e-shop delivery time, then our Company will contact you either by email or/and by telephone, to the mobile phone number that you have provided us or by a direct telephone contact with our representative (or all of the above ways) to discuss or suggest any modification, correction or cancellation of your order. f it is impossible to contact you in a period of 10 days from the date you have sent your order request, your request is automatically canceled and you will need to send us a new order request. In any case of every new order (modified or not) you will receive again a new email or/and a text in the mobile phone number that you have provided us. This message will be the confirmation of your order under which we will perform your order. The shipping of products shall be determined by the delivery schedule of our associate courier company.

c) Our Company may contact you via email or/ and by text to the mobile phone number that you have provided us during your registration throughout the whole process up until the delivery of your order on any matter concerning the receiving, processing, execution and/or the transfer of your order and/or payment and/or the return of products or for anything else. The parties agree that such communication (via email and/or by text to the phone number that you have provided) complies with the legal requirements of your information in writing, as well as your notification and confirmation of your order, according to the provisions of the applicable law. If you wish to express objection or if you want us to provide you with clarifications for the content of any message that you have received during the above or for any other reason, please contact us either by sending an email or/and replying to the text that you have received or/and directly call us directly at (+30) 210-9400036.

 

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

For your own convenience, our company offers you the choice to select a payment method for the products that you are interested to buy, which, as analyzed below, is associated, among other things, with the processing time of your order request and/or the time of shipping. After you decide what method of payment suits you, select the corresponding payment method in the appropriate field on the form of your order request and enter the required information wherever it is needed. The collection and processing of the payment information sent to us, falls under the strict personal data protection policy of our company and are collected and processed safely and diligently and only after your consent via sending your order request. Especially for payments by credit card, all necessary safety measures are taken in cooperation with the associate financial institutions to ensure maximum protection for your online transactions and payments.

The payment methods are the following:

a) CASH - If you choose to pay us in cash, then you should pay the corresponding amount and any agreed fees e.g. transport fees, when you receive the product from the courier company of our choice (ACS courier). The cost per shipping is €2.00, including VAT, regardless of the value of the order.

b) BANK DEPOSIT - If you choose the bank deposit as a payment method, then you need to pay in advance for your order (and any agreed fees e.g. transport fees), in order for the processing of your order request and the reservation of the products included in this from to begin, by a deposit in one of the company bank accounts displayed in the order form and in the e-mail that you will receive as soon as your order is processed, stating as justification your order code.

Then you must send us a copy of this deposit by fax at (+30) 210-9854965 or via e-mail at eshop@zitagroup.gr.After receiving a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, follows the processing and confirmation of your order. You will receive the relative emails and/or by text to the phone number that you have provided us. In case of not receiving the payment copy within 7 calendar days or not receiving a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, your order will be canceled without any charge and the contract of sale will be deemed as never registered. You will receive the relevant message for the cancellation of your order request in your email address or to the mobile phone number that you have provided. In case of cancellation or modification of your order until the shipping of the product(s), a process of interest-free refund will be followed, after contacting you via one of the above mentioned ways of contact (Article 3c above), in order to give us the bank account number in which you want to be refunded.

c) CREDIT CARD -Our e-shop www.zitagroup.gr accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express credit cards.

If you choose the credit card as a payment method, the process will be completed through a trusted associated - bank institution, that shall provide all security guarantees of electronic transactions.In particular, the transactions made in our e-shop, are protected by maximum online security systems (SSL-256 bit and digital certification from Comodo SSL), which guarantee a secure environment in many large enterprises worldwide.

i) Before confirming your order, a pre-authorization of your credit card with a commitment of the total amount (price and any agreed fees e.g. transport fees) will be performed, in order for the relative reservation of the product(s) that will be sent to you, to begin. For some credit cards that is technically impossible to be pre-approved at this stage, there shall be a final charge of the total amount. If there is a problem with the pre-approval during the confirmation of your order, then the Company will contact you by one of the methods referred in Article 3c above, to discuss this issue with you. If it is impossible to communicate with you via any of the contact methods stated within a period of 10 days of sending your order request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will need to send us a new order request. In this case, you will receive a corresponding message for the cancellation of your order request in the email address that you have provided us. In case of a successful pre-approval, the final charge of your card will be done along with the product shipping.

ii) If at any point, even after the shipping of the product you have ordered and despite receiving the above mentioned authorization, your card has not been charged with the appropriate price and fees by mistake and/or due to technical or other problems and/or for any other reason, our Company has the right to make the final charge of amount and fees that correspond to your order at any later stage, at any time. During the final charge, you will receive a relevant message in your email address and/or to the mobile phone that you have provided us.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present for the delivery of your order with your credit card and your ID card. In case the order is carried out on behalf of a company, using the company's data, then the credit card used must be a corporate credit card. This means that the card shall be issued stating the data of the company. Also at the time of delivery, the authorized holder with their credit card and their identity shall be present.

 

  1. PRODUCT DELIVERY/SHIPPING

a) By confirming your order, you will be notified with a message in your e-mail and/or to the mobile phone that you have provided and you will be also notified for the delivery time of your order, depending on the area that you have closed for the shipping.

b) In any case, your order will be sent to you by us or by our partner courier company of our choice (ACS courier), during business days and hours (Monday - Friday 09: 00 -17: 00). Under the main delivery schedule of our partner courier company, deliveries are performed as follows:

- In Attica within 24 hours of sending the products to the courier

- In other areas within 48 hours of sending the products to the courier (mainland and islands of Greece)

- In other remote and hard-to-reach areas, within 72 hours of sending the products to the courier, excluding exceptional incidents and without prejudice.

Our company and its partners, take all necessary measures for the valid delivery of the ordered products to you, based on the above schedule. However, the company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or incidents beyond its control. The company is not responsible for causes of delay in delivery, due to delays at customs, inter between loading-unloading spaces, transport strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of products in our company’s warehouses by our suppliers etc. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to come in contact with you on the data you have provided, so as to inform you for the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Despite taking every measure possible to keep you updated in relation to the possible lack of availability of a product, there is always the possibility of an unexpected absence or unavailability of the product by our suppliers (even after the confirmation of your order).In this case, we will make every possible effort to contact you, according to the ways of communication mentioned above on 3c,in order to inform you and to discuss with you about the new delivery or delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order without charge for both parties and the interest-free refund of any paid amount within a reasonable time.

c) With prejudice to any special charges that are expressly provided for a product that has been posted on our website and in each case on your order’s confirmation, the shipping cost generally is the following:

For orders amounting to €49.00, including VAT, the shipping cost is €2.00 including VAT, for shippings inside Greece.

For shippings over €50.00, including VAT, the shipping is FREE in all parts of Greece.

The shipping costs is €2.00 including VAT for shippings within Greece.

 

  1. PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

a)The process of returning products that you have ordered from our website is simple and takes place online , via the email eshop@zitagroup.gr.

Specifically:

You note what needs to be done (refund, credit, replacement of product with the same product, replacement of product with a different product, etc.), notes the reason for the return, the code(s) of the product(s) that you want to return and the relevant product order number.

b) In order for a valid product return (defective or not), the above process shall be performed and the relevant online return command to be received by our company within the time limit settled on the refund policy (Article 7) for each case of product return.

c) In any case of refund, replacement and/or repair the product according to the following provisions on Article 7 the product should be necessarily accompanied with the original purchase receipt. For all above cases, products should be in the condition that were received by the client, complete and undamaged and along with their original packaging (according to the company codes) and is in excellent condition with all the documents that accompany the product (e.g .Delivery Note, Retail Receipt etc).

d) With the receipt of the returned product, you will be informed via email or/ and by text to the mobile phone number that you have provided us during your registration and for each subsequent procedure (for instance sending a new product, replacement, etc.) you will be informed via email or/ and by text to the mobile phone number that you have provided us during your registration, according to the above procedure on Article 3 above

e) Particularly, for the return of products whose order was done via telephone, the product return, due to whatever cause, will be made in discussion with the competent department on contact number 210-9400036, within the period and under the conditions set out in the product return policy (Article 7) during business days and hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 to 14:00).

 

  1. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1) WITHDRAWAL

For every category of our products, you have the right to return the product received within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you received it, free of charge, excluding the return expenses (courier, shipping , post office or otherwise), as long as the Return Policy of the company demands so, which in this case, will be at your own risk and at your own expense (unless is otherwise specified at any time by the company as a whole or specifically to certain products. Necessary conditions for exercising the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days are: Do not use the product, remove any stickers or labels (e.g. tags, branding, etc.) of the clothing, footwear and other accessories. Also, all items must be in the best possible condition without any damage (without prejudice to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging, and must be accompanied by all necessary documents. Furthermore, all items that are contained in a special packaging (e.g. Sanitary products like swimsuits, lingerie etc)). This packaging shall not be violated or/and be damaged.

 

B) RETURN POLICY OR/ AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

I) Our company takes every measure possible to do a special and diligent packaging of the products (regardless of type), in order to be delivered to you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk of damage to the product during the shipping. Also in very rare cases it is possible to receive a defective product. For this reason, and regardless of your right for withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt

ii) When you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from us. ii) However, if you find any damage/s and / or any defect in the product, you can inform us by e-mail at eshop@zitagroup.gr and / or by calling us at +30 210-9400036, stating us whether you wish to receive a new product for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right for withdrawal. If you wish to receive a new product as a replacement to the previous one, you can follow the returning process as described in Article 6a.

iii) If the product you received is proven defective by its manufacturing, you can request a replacement with the same or with another product of your choice or/and the issuance of a credit invoice that will have the duration of a fiscal year or an interest-free refund, if the product that you want replaced is not available, provided you will send the relevant online order within 10 (ten) days since the receipt. 

 

8. POSSIBLE ORDER CANCELLATION

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before sending/receiving the product - Cancellation is possible by sending an email at  eshop@zitagroup.gror by calling at 210-9400036.

b) After receiving the product - You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

 

9.USE/OPERATION & WEBSITE CONTENT

a) Use/Operation of www.zitagroup.gr. Both parties (company and consumer) are bound to use and operate the website, according to good faith and fair trade practices. In order to have a correct and complete access to www.zitagroup.gr, the JavaScript language as well as the ability to receive cookies, must be enabled on the browser. In order to use www.zitagroup.gr, you must have a version of Internet Explorer above 6 or a version of Mozilla Firefox above 3.5 installed or an equivalent version of web browser. It is also recommended to use latest versions of browsers as well as the Adobe Flash Player, to display additional graphics. The user/consumer/visitor/member of www.zitagroup.gr, acknowledges and accepts that the use of some of the services of www.zitagroup.gr, may need to download on their P/C, some upgraded electronic programs. The Company is taking all necessary measures for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of www.zitagroup.gr, but reserves the exclusive right, and the consumer agrees, to permanently or temporarily interrupt the operation of www.zitagroup.grwith or without notice to users/members and visitors of www.zitagroup.gr. In any case, the user/consumer/visitor/member is under the obligation and agrees that they will not use www.zitagroup.gr to send, post, send by e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, offensive, annoying, slanderous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous violates the privacy of another, shows malice, or expresses racial, national or other types of discriminations, may cause harm to minors in any way, should not be transmitted in compliance with the law or administrative or contractual relations (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties, contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or the equipment in any software or hardware, intentionally or unintentionally, violates the applicable Greek and EU community legislation and its provisions, may harass third parties in any way and any content used to collect or store personal data about other users.

b) Content of www.zitagroup.gr The Company takes every measure possible to correct the publication – appearance of the information relating to products promoted through www.zitagroup.gr.However, our company is not responsible for any errors in the listed and displayed information, in the context of the operation of the e-shop (including -without limitation- the listed price, the availability, the photograph, the item type, etc.) that may be caused by technological failures- typographical errors and/or "human" mistakes and/or incorrect information from suppliers, even by negligence. If you find an error before and/or after the completion of your order, please send a relevant e-mail at eshop@zitagroup.gr and/or call us on 210 9400036 or send a fax at 210-9854965.In any case, if you detect any error, please do not to proceed to send the order request before the notifying our company and resolving the issue.

Retail prices of products are determined by suppliers. However, our company follows open pricing policies according to our trade strategy, always in the context of the applicable legislation, especially in the context of provisions on the Protection of Competition (fair or unfair).Therefore, there might be a difference in prices between products that are sold on www.zitagroup.gr and the same products that are sold in difference sales points, and our company may at times make special product offers or any other promotional actions whenever necessary. Also, the company reserves the right and the user/consumer/visitor/member ofwww.zitagroup.gr accepts that the company may modify the prices of the products and change/or withdraw offers at any time without any prior notice of the users/consumers/members ofwww.zitagroup.gr .In our physical store and our e-store, it is possible that different price policies are applicable with or without any prior notice of the users/consumers/visitors members of  www.zitagroup.gr .

The entire content of www.zitagroup.gr (except the information belonging to third parties, e.g. copyright of third parties, partners, institutions etc.), i.e. without limitation: the texts, images, designs, trade and financial information, programs, all kinds of files, trademarks/logos, the layout of www.zitagroup.gretc, are considered copyright of the company and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and applicable international conventions on copyright. Under no circumstances their appearance and visibility on www.zitagroup.gr, shall be perceived as transfer and/or license and/or right to use them. Therefore, according to the above, the total or partial copying, distribution, transportation, processing, storage, reproduction, republishing, modification, and each of the action on the above data is expressly prohibited, without any prior written consent of the company. Otherwise, the above actions may constitute a violation of intellectual/industrial property, which reserves the right to claim any positive and consequential damage caused, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

The user/consumer/visitor/member of www.zitagroup.graccepts and acknowledges that the company has the potential for commercial exploitation (either by itself or by third parties) of all items displayed on www.zitagroup.gr and modification of this data at any time they wish with or without prior notice to users/consumers/visitors/members of www.zitagroup.gr.
