PAYMENT METHODS

In Zita Group, you can select the payment method of your choice.

• Cash

If you choose to pay us in cash, then you should pay the corresponding amount and any agreed fees e.g. transport fees, to the employee of the courier company of our choice (ASC courier), that acts on behalf of Zita Group, during the receipt of the product by the courier company of our choice. The cost per shipping is €2.00, including VAT, regardless of the value of the order, as it incurs from the Retail Sale Receipt.

• Deposit to a bank account

In order to complete the payment of your order by a deposit to a bank account, you should make a deposit of the full amount to the following bank account in Eurobank

After you make the deposit, you should send us a copy of the bank mandate at the email: Eshop@zitagroup.gr or a fax at: (+30) 210 9854965, where the purchase number or your full name is required as a justification, in order to avoid any delay. The order is carried out the next day of the deposit & the transaction confirmation.

IMPORTANT!!If your orders are not paid within seven (7) calendar days, then they are considered invalid and the corresponding reserved products are automatically released & do not bound Zita Group in any way. 

• Payment with a credit card

 Zita Group accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express credit and debit cards. The credit and debit card data are not stored and collected by Zita Group. The clearing of debit card data is performed in a secure environment provided by Eurobank ONLY. You are required to enter all of your credit card information, in order for your order request to be registered. In order to receive your order, you must be present at the time of delivery with your ID card.

ATTENTION!!If you press “Checkout”, you should not close your browser or change the website until the confirmation/order checkout.

• Paypal

The Paypal allows you to send your payments online fast and securely, by using a credit card or a bank account. When you use PayPal as a payment method, you are redirected to the PayPal website, where you can send your payments. If you do not have already a PayPal account, you can create a new account. The payment is performed via Paypal, using a credit card.

 The pricing policy between a physical store and an e-shop might be different

 The PayPal payment is performed under strict transaction terms imposed by the PayPal Company.
